AGM 2022 & Lunch

Another event at which 29 of us enjoyed a great hot finger buffet medley consisting of the following:

Miniature Cod & Chips – Lemon & Sea Salt Malt Vinegar
Miniature 100% Scottish Beef Burgers – Green Tomato & Red Onion Relish
Hot Dogs – With Mustard Relish
Miniature English Lamb & Bell Pepper Kebab – Sweet Apple Dip
Miniature Yorkshire Pudding Filled with Salt Beef – Horseradish Relish
Miniature Jacket Potatoes Filled with Saffron Haddock – ParmesanCrust
Grilled New Zealand Mussels With Provencal Croute
Miniature Pasties of Smoked Salmon & Cod
Caramel Profiteroles
Mini White Chocolate Eclairs

Despite this all being delicious there was enough wine and drink over to feed the same again – and several wished they’d bought doggy bags.

The AGM went very rapidly with the accounts being adopted and the committee re-elected unanimously. People commented they were very happy with the group since the formation. The one thing we seem to fail at however, is remembering to take photos of the events for this website. We can only improve.
